According to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), natural persons defined as data subjects ("Data Subject") are granted certain rights regarding the processing of their personal data under Article 11 of the Law.
Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Law, applications regarding these rights must be submitted to our Company, as the data controller, either in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board"). In this context, written applications must be delivered to our Company physically using this form, via notary, or through registered electronic mail (KEP).
Applications submitted to us will be answered within "the shortest time and no later than thirty days" from the date the request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with Article 13(2) of the Law.
